Gemma is currently a doctoral researcher, using art as method to understand policy experiences of adults living with cerebral palsy. This exhibition at Brighton arts festival 2023 showcased the co-created PhD art outputs, a poetry film 'Unchartered Togetherness' & a wall mural and spoken word 'It's That Girl with CP'. Open events were held to discuss the work with the general public. Co-creators on Gemma's PhD have been Natalie South-Law, Richard Luke (Scope) and Emma Livingstone (Up- The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement)
